Shape and Color Building in the Desert Southwest

This workshop will be an exercise in observing and translating the desert Southwest landscape into shape and color with oil paint on canvas.
What does it mean to see a landscape and then transpose that information to canvas.
Be prepared for sun, wind, and weather and a chance to expand the way in which we take in the information of the natural world and relay it onto our canvas through paint.
Materials are provided for this workshop.
