ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Kourtney Morgan worked as a cook while putting herself through design school. After 25 years of apparel design at Patagonia, she returned to her roots in the kitchen and her passion and excitement for good food.

Currently, she is building a local catering, private chef, and wholesale foods business in the four corners region. She is dedicated to sourcing local and regional ingredients and getting to know the farmers, ranchers, and makers of the area.
