Learn a little of the history, use, and care of Utah’s Official State Cooking Pot – the Dutch Oven – with naturalist, llama wrangler, downstream boatman, and itinerant camp cook Stewart Aitchison. Participants will prepare a several course meal and enjoy the results for lunch. Please bring work gloves, a big appetite and, if possible, an apron and channel locks. Meet at 220 E. Black Locust Ave. (Stewart’s house across the highway from Recapture Lodge).  In case of inclement weather, the workshop will commence under the shade area at the Bluff Community Center, Saturday, 9 AM – noon. 10 participants. $10 registration fee plus $35 materials fee.
